Overview

Structured FrameMaker Authoring is a powerful tool for creating and managing structured documents, but it can be daunting for new users. In this course, we will break down the processes involved in creating a structured document and provide a solid introduction to the software.

This Adobe FrameMaker training is designed for FrameMaker users who are responsible for authoring and editing content in a structured environment. The course will cover the use of existing templates and the creation of new templates. Then you will create documents containing chapters with graphics, tables, and cross-references. You will also learn how to create books with a Table of Contents. Experienced users of unstructured FrameMaker will be made aware of the similarities and differences between the authoring modes, as well as the differences between FrameMaker and InDesign.

Your instructor will also cover common pitfalls and best practices to ensure that you create and export FrameMaker documents correctly.
